As we expand our services into the commercial market, we're looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to support our Permanent Placement (Perm) team in driving business growth.

Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our 360 desk operations, specifically focused on Permanent Placements. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills. This role involves making high-volume outbound calls, following up on leads, and setting up client meetings to drive the success of our Perm Placement team.

Hours: Full-Time Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients, following up on email campaigns and other lead generation activities. Your goal will be to generate interest in our permanent placement services and schedule meetings for our recruitment team.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and identifying how our services can address their hiring challenges.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule presentations and meetings with potential clients, coordinating with our internal team to ensure all leads are effectively pursued.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all leads are tracked and followed up on promptly.
  • Email Outreach: Create, edit, and send personalized follow-up emails to prospects, reinforcing the value of our services and encouraging further engagement.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently address any objections or concerns raised by potential clients, providing clear and persuasive responses to move the conversation forward.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Perm Placement team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better position our services in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling environment, preferably in a staffing or recruitment setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing leads and following up.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and remain persistent in the face of challenges.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in permanent placement or recruitment is highly desirable.
