Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will create and implement marketing initiatives that drive engagement and generate leads. This role requires a strong background in persuasive copywriting, email marketing, SEO management, and content creation across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to design and manage sales funnels, nurture campaigns, and create compelling content such as blogs, newsletters, brochures, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Write persuasive email copy for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
Create and maintain engaging blogs that provide value to target audiences and support SEO efforts.
Design and develop sales funnels, ensuring smooth customer journeys and optimizing conversion rates.
Develop and manage email templates for nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Create marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and other sales support materials.
Manage the company’s SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with lead generation goals.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Exceptional copywriting skills, particularly in persuasive email copy and blog writing.
Experience in creating and managing sales funnels and nurturing campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
Strong design skills for creating marketing materials like brochures and newsletters (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in healthcare or staffing industries is a plus but not required.
