Virtual Assistant (LATAM – Business & Operations Support)

Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote – Latin America (LATAM only)
Work Schedule: U.S. business hours (EST / CST preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking highly organized Virtual Assistants in LATAM to support U.S.-based businesses, executives, and operations teams. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy organization, communication, and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes and calendars

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate across time zones

  • Data entry and CRM updates

  • Online research and report preparation

  • Document creation (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Task tracking and deadline follow-ups

  • Light social media or marketing support (if assigned)

  • Assist with internal operations and projects


Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant

  • Advanced English (written & spoken)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Reliable internet and professional home setup


Preferred

  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.)

  • Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)

  • Staffing, recruiting, real estate, or operations experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
