Position Overview:
The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and appointment setting. Using tools like ZoomInfo, this role requires a highly organized individual who can make at least 150 outbound calls per day to targeted prospects, nurture leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make at least 150 outbound daily calls to qualified healthcare contacts using ZoomInfo.
Identify potential business opportunities by researching prospects and understanding their needs.
Engage with decision-makers, including HR professionals, healthcare administrators, and other stakeholders.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and CRM tools to ensure lead nurturing.
Update and maintain the CRM with accurate lead information, contact details, and interaction history.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and tactics.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
Familiarity with healthcare industry staffing or recruiting is a plus.
Proficient in using ZoomInfo or similar lead-generation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage high call volumes.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
