HOURS OF PERFORMANCE:
- Part-Time position (20 hours per week).
- Daily hours may vary based on customer and program requirements, with accommodations for US Army personnel.
- Operating hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., with weekends off.
Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Program Analysis Support professional to join our team. As Senior Program Analysis Support, you will play a crucial role in analyzing chemical biological defense (CBD) programs and initiatives, providing integrated analyses, projections, reports, and presentations for senior leaders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current and future chemical biological defense (CBD) programs and initiatives for Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Chemical & Biological (RDECOM C&B) Center customers, providing monthly summary reports on ongoing trends and changes.
- Develop integrated analyses of RDECOM C&B RI projections for CBD commodities, customer funding levels, and relevant trends, providing monthly updates in the form of reports.
- Identify, develop, and track quantitative and qualitative metrics for the RDECOM C&B RI mission effectiveness, providing monthly summary reports.
- Provide program management analysis of schedule, cost, and risk impacts on RDECOM C&B RI commodity missions and support, with analyses due within ten (10) working days after receipt of order.
- Participate in required meetings to contribute to collaboration activities and joint sustainment summits, developing Information and Position Papers, Impact Statements, Executive Summaries (EXSUMs), or Highlights based on meeting information.
- Prepare high-level briefing packets for senior management approximately once per week, ensuring correct format, technical proficiency, and accuracy.
- Develop audit plans, guidelines, and audit documents, conducting audits on RDECOM C&B RI processes in collaboration with Junior Program Analysis contract personnel, and providing Audit Reports within thirty (30) days of audit requirement.

- Monthly analysis report summarizing ongoing trends and changes of RDECOM C&B RI customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree desired in a relevant field.
- years of experience in program analysis or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop integrated analyses.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with team members.
