Business Staffing of America, Inc. is expert in recruiting hard-to-find healthcare practitioners, especially in rural areas nationwide. We are seeking a Staffing Business Development Recruiter to join our team and source quality candidates from various healthcare positions.
You will perform sales activities in support of staffing and recruiting services. The person must have a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and clients over the phone. Must have the ability to build a pipeline of clients and candidates and keep in touch with them over time. Must be able to engage passive clients and candidates via various social media platforms. Work effectively with managers and team members while providing daily communication and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to generate leads via cold calling and other methods.
Will be required to maintain set daily metrics for Marketing Presentations to clients.
Utilize our CRM system with effective communication and follow-up with prospects.
Proposal response from clients
Support full-cycle recruiter for multiple roles (hourly, salary, & commission) throughout the organization, including but not limited to, Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Dentists, Dental Assistants, and Dental hygienists.
Present quality candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, hire and work with HR to send and gather onboarding paperwork
Utilize LinkedIn, social media, job sites, and other means to locate appropriate clients and candidates
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience or related experience
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Must be comfortable with outbound and inbound calls
Experience with job boards (ZipRecruiter, Linkedin & Indeed) a plus
ATS or CRM experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel) & Google Mail, Docs, Calendar
