Business Staffing of America is partnering with a premier luxury multifamily developer to find their next Leasing Consultant for a stunning high-rise property in Chicago's Gold Coast.
The Role: You'll be the face of the property ā guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey, showcasing luxury amenities, and delivering a white-glove experience from first tour to move-in.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of luxury apartment leasing experience
- Track record of meeting/exceeding leasing targets
- Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills
- Weekend availability required
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $80,000 (base + commission)
