Business Staffing of America, Inc. is expert in recruiting hard-to-find healthcare practitioners, especially in rural areas nationwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staffing and Recruiting Manager to join our team. As a Staffing and Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of by developing and executing strategic staffing and recruitment plans. You will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and staffing specialists to identify, attract, and hire top talent. Your work will ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, enabling us to meet our business objectives and maintain our competitive edge.

This position is remote. Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive staffing and recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruiting team, setting KPI's and driving accountability.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Manage the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
  • Oversee the use of recruiting software and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Handle complex negotiations and offer processes to secure top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in ATS and CRM's.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
